按照計劃,房信供熱公司從4月陸續對管轄范圍內各小區的老舊單元閥門進行更換,對過濾網進行清洗,對換熱站的板換進行清洗,對鍋爐爐膛進行清掃,將于9月份全面完成夏季檢修驗收工作。公司啟動了非運行期供熱管網冷態運行,冷運期間,各供熱站員工全程監控供熱管網安全平穩運行,加強巡檢排查,發現管網漏點及時處置。

結合“民呼(hu)我為、擦(ca)亮窗口”為民服(fu)務(wu)專項工(gong)作,房信供(gong)熱公司對收費系統進行升級,搭(da)建(jian)一站式微信服(fu)務(wu)大廳(ting),提供(gong)在線(xian)查詢交費、故障報(bao)修(xiu)等(deng)業(ye)務(wu),打通微信、支付寶(bao)、銀行等(deng)多條服(fu)務(wu)渠道,讓居民足不出戶享受繳(jiao)費、報(bao)修(xiu)服(fu)務(wu)。
